• Southeast Asia is one of the key regions we target. Given our strong network and past experience, we are able to expand our scholars group exponentially and source high quality early-stage games. As of now, most of our scholars come from the Philippines and Vietnam, where we have local presence.

Well-structured and statistic-driven approach to recruit scholars

• Recruitment: AlphaDAO does not only look for the best-performing candidates but also values those with good morals as we believe they can contribute to the community in the long run.

• Specialists: We have experts in every game that we enter. This helps to maximize the earnings in each investment allocation.

• Training: Each expert will conduct online training through discord for every game that we enter. Each scholar needs to have training before they can go live.

• Incentive program for outstanding scholars: Scholars are given the opportunity to compete with each other and become the subDAO specialists, whose payouts are closely tied to the earnings of each game. Extra rewards are often given out.

• Database: We have a well-structured scholar database that tracks the performance of all scholars. This includes data on their infrastructure availability, nationality, language, and willingness to work as a team. This database will allow us to allocate resources efficiently.

• Given the size of our community, we are able to partner with multiple early-stage play-to-earn games. This allows valuable opportunities to invest in NFT assets at discount (vs mint prices). Investing into NFTs assets in early stage allows us to maximize our return on investment (ROI). We have an ROI hurdle of 6 months for all investment.
