Treasury Management

Alpha Dao's treasury is managed by a multi-signature wallet. Initially, AlphaDAO treasury will inject assets and cash into the respective subDAO. $ADG holders will eventually decide the allocation into each subDAO based on the return and community demand. VAULTs are the value creation engine within each subDAO where daily operations take place. From a treasury management perspective, cash can flow back to AlphaDAO from each VAULT for portfolio rebalancing. For valuation, the sum of VAULTs gives value of a subDAO; the sum of subDAO gives value of AlphaDAO; we call this the book value. Investors should expect $ADG to trade above book value as the community continues to grow. In other words, Treasury management should conduct buy-back when $ADG trades below book value.
