# Roadmap 

**Q1 2022** 

* Establish AlphaDAO eSport teams to compete in various P2E Arenas. 
* Set up partnerships with up and coming P2E GameFi projects. 
* Secure land on Sandbox**.** 
* Co-marketing on NFTs projects.

**Q2 2022** 

* Launching our NFT Staking Platform. 
* Secure seed investors. 
* Build out scholar/ manager tracker board for timely reporting. 
* Launch Token via IDO.

**Q3 2022** 

* AlphaDAO experience (AEX) program for scholars to get community rewards. 
* Roll out AlphaLaunch for high potential GameFi / NFT projects. 
* $ADG staking for token/ NFT/ early-bird access rewards. 
* Build out social hubs on Sandbox Land.

**Q4 2022**

* Leverage DAO voting system on various operations. 
* Further upgrade to our NFT staking Platform.

**2023** 

* Realize full revenue potential of Virtual Asset Development via our NFT staking platform.
* Migrate to a fully decentralized model - taking away the custodian role and enabling trustless NFT borrowing and lending.

**2024**

* Launch made-by -AlphaDAO-community GameFi project, leveraging the expanding user base and community-driven setup.
